Summer Party 2025

It’s that time of year again! Join us for a fabulous evening with friends, family and neighbours to enjoy great food, glorious music and a marquee in case the British weather conforms to type. 

 

Following the overwhelmingly positive feedback about last year’s live band, we’re delighted to announce that The Spoils will be back this year. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone dancing in front of the marquee as the sun goes down again!

 

Whilst last year’s caterer provided us with some delicious food, we learned that cooking to order was not the best way forward! With that in mind, we’ll be serving delicious paella from Spanish Homemade. They’ll be preparing 5 large pans in the garden before the event, serving 3x varieties: chicken, seafood, and vegetarian. You’ll be able to choose your paella when you book your ticket. 

 

To follow, a delicious dessert of churros with chocolate sauce is included in your ticket price this year. 

 

**Spanish Homemade take food preparation and allergens very seriously and will serve you your choice of paella in one of their containers. Please note that they’re unable to serve food directly to your own plates.**

 

• The party opens at 5.30 with background music and communal tables laid for group dining 

• The family paella queue will open at 5.30 (with churros in a separate queue from around 6.20pm)

• The main paella queue will open 7pm (with churros available until around 8.30pm)

• The Spoils will play 2x 1-hour sets, starting around 8/8.30pm, with the final set finishing around 10.30/11pm. They’ll also be providing background music through the evening. 

• The fun wraps up, with everyone exiting the garden by 11pm 

 

Bring your own drinks, plates (where preferred), cutlery and glassware - we’ll supply the rest! 

 

**EARLYBIRD OFFER**

We’re always conscious of costs and have worked hard this year make a lower price available for your tickets and are trialling a new booking platform with lower fees, and for May only, offering a special early bird offer on your adult tickets: 

 

Adult (16 and over) ticket (entry, paella and churros): £19.50

(From 1st June this will go up to £21)

Child (5-15 year olds): £6.00

Under 5s: Free entry

Not a paella fan?  Bring your own supper and buy a dance-without-paella ticket for £10.00

We need to confirm the catering numbers by 20th June, so please do get your tickets early - you’ll be offered a choice of dinner queue/time and paella type (chicken, seafood or vegetarian) when you book.
