We know that rising service charges are putting real pressure on household budgets, so we've launched a Spend Intelligence database for Cleveland Square and Gardens, a tool to help residents see whether their building is being charged fairly.

Each building's nominated lead can complete a short form (just 18 questions, taking only a few minutes) to submit their building's most recentt costs. Please note you cannot enter your answers directly into the table below, the form must be used to submit data. The results are then displayed in the comparison table, so residents can see and compare supplier costs across buildings.

 

We're starting with building insurance, with plans to expand to other costs over time.

Participation is entirely voluntary, but transparency works. When one building challenged their £11k+ insurance bill in 2026, it dropped to under £5k for the same cover.
